Event Promotion
The Marketing and Communication Department is available to assist you in promoting your Aquinas event.
Please complete the steps below based on the needs of your event:
- Reserve a space on campus through EMS: Conferencing Room Request Form
- Marketing and Communications Work Request -- general support for projects big and small, including website updates, photo/video, social media, media relations
- Graphics Request Form -- event invitations, posters, programs
- Flyers and Digital Slides
The earlier you complete the form(s) above, the better (at least 14 days prior to your event). The closer to the event we receive your information, the more limited our options there are for promoting it.
